At CrackBounce, we provide instant access to digital services (email validation credits and subscriptions). Due to the nature of our service, refunds are limited and handled strictly as outlined below.
No Refunds on Used Credits
Once email validation credits are used, partially used, or consumed, no refunds will be issued. Email validation is a real-time, irreversible service, and results cannot be returned.
Eligible Refunds
You may request a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:
- Credits were not used at all
- The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase
- No API calls, uploads, or validations were performed
If these conditions are met, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.
Subscriptions
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts
- You may cancel your subscription anytime to prevent future charges
- Cancellation does not refund the current billing period
Technical Issues
If you experience a verified technical issue caused by CrackBounce that prevents you from using the service:
- Contact our support team with details
- We may issue replacement credits or partial refunds at our discretion
Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by:
- Poor email list quality
- Third-party server restrictions
- Incorrect usage of the API
- Email delivery or inbox placement problems
Fraud & Abuse
Accounts found abusing the system, attempting chargebacks, or violating our terms will not be eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@crackbounce.com with:
- Registered email address
- Order ID or invoice
- Reason for the request
We respond within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in account suspension and permanent loss of credits.
